  • 12 days before the event: A penalty of 50% of the confirmed room and golf charges will be applied.
  • 9 days before the event: A penalty of 60% of the confirmed room and golf charges will be applied.
  • 5 days before the event: A penalty of 80% of the confirmed room and golf charges will be applied.
  • Same‑day cancellation, reduction, or no‑show: A penalty of 100% of all confirmed room and golf charges will be applied.

These special terms are set by the venue to compensate for hotel and golf course losses and apply specifically to this holiday booking.
