Welcome to ChinaTour. By booking a tour or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Booking and Payment

• A deposit of £50 per guest is required to secure your booking.
• Full payment must be completed at least 30 days before the tour start date.
• Bookings made within 30 days of the tour start require full payment upfront.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

• You may cancel your booking within 14 days of the booking date for a full refund.

3. Modifications

You may modify your booking details at any time before the tour start date by logging into your account. Changes made within 14 days of the tour start may be subject to approval and availability.

4. Travel Documents and Visas

It is your responsibility to ensure that all travellers have valid passports, visas, and any required travel documents. ChinaTour is not liable for delays or cancellations due to incomplete documentation.

5. Liability

ChinaTour is not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage to property during the tour. We recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen events.

6. Changes to Itinerary

ChinaTour reserves the right to modify the itinerary due to weather, safety, or operational reasons. We will notify you of any significant changes as soon as possible.

7. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not share your data with third parties without consent.
